The Story
The Short:
Stephanie's passion for helping others and her lived experience led her to support individuals with substance misuse and mental health challenges. Stephanie is unique, loving, and transformative. She enjoys sunshine, good food, and being silly.
The Long:
Stephanie was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and her father’s career took the family across the United States. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Advertising and Broadcasting, with minors in Marketing and Public Relations, in Utah. At 21, while still in college, she began working in the performing arts industry in Las Vegas, where she started her modeling career, and after being scouted, she moved to New York City.

In New York, Stephanie continued modeling while also working in marketing and the fashion industry. Her passion for creative expression led her to become a performing arts instructor and talent manager.
In 2018, Stephanie decided to face her struggles with substance misuse and mental health challenges. That turning point sparked a deep spiritual awakening and a desire to help others do the same. She returned to school, becoming a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor and later earning a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Stephanie’s brand is built on lived experience; she has done the work herself and continues to do the work so that she can authentically help others on their journey. Her approach is person-centered and integrates Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
One of Stephanie’s guiding mantras is: “It is what it is.” She believes that the challenges we face are uniquely designed to foster personal growth. She offers support by holding space for her clients as they learn to navigate their challenges, helping to reduce stigma and guiding them in embracing the health of their minds, just as she continues to do in her own life.
